(IBCC-64) offered by the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) At Al-Sadiq (a.s) Institute of Islamic Banking, Finance & Takaful

The National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), a subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), offered “Islamic Banking Certificate Course” (IBCC-64) at Al-Sadiq (a.s) Institute of Islamic Banking, Finance and Takaful.

The Islamic Banking Certificate Course (IBCC) offered by the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and training in Islamic banking principles and practices. The course aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Shariah-compliant financial system, products and regulatory framework.

“Shari’ah Experts in Islamic Banking Program” (SE-IBP) OF THE STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN (SBP)

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), in collaboration with Al-Sadiq (a.s) Institute of Islamic Banking, Finance & Takaful, hosted the Shari’ah Experts in Islamic Banking Program (SE-IBP) on January 19, 2024.

During the event, distinguished speakers outlined the SBP initiative and provided insights into key aspects of the Islamic Banking Industry. A comprehensive lecture on the modes of financing in Islamic Finance was presented, followed by an assessment test. Shariah Scholars selected for internship opportunities at Commercail Bank facilitated by the State Bank of Pakistan.

Mr. Muhammad Saleem Paracha, serving as the (Chief Manager at SBP-BSC), along with Ms. Huma Mehmood (Deputy Chief Manager at SBP-BSC), Mr. Iqbal Hussain (Joint Director at SBP-IBD), and Mr. Syed Muhammad Nouman (Deputy Director at SBP-BSC), represented the State Bank of Pakistan in the event.
